Bana Kashani, MD, FACOG
Dr. Banafsheh Kashani, MD, FACOG, co-founder, is a double board-certified specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Since 2014, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals and couples overcome fertility challenges, offering state-of-the-art reproductive care in Orange County, where she grew up. As the founder of her private practice in Aliso Viejo, Dr. Kashani is committed to delivering highly personalized fertility treatments in a supportive and compassionate environment.
Dr. Kashani graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Irvine, before earning her medical degree from the University of South Alabama, College of Medicine, where she ranked at the top of her class. She then completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Southern California (USC), where she gained extensive experience in all aspects of women’s health, with a strong focus on reproductive endocrinology. Her passion for fertility treatment led her to pursue a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Rutgers, New Jersey Medical School.

Following her fellowship, Dr. Kashani practiced at Kaiser Permanente in Orange County and later at Eden Centers for Advanced Fertility in Newport Beach before establishing her own practice in 2020. She believes that fertility care should be a deeply personal and empowering experience, ensuring her patients feel heard, supported, and well-informed throughout their journey.

Dr. Kashani has a strong research background in reproductive medicine, with a particular focus on endometrial function, implantation, and fertility preservation. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and conducted research on fibroids, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), Turner syndrome, and trends in frozen embryo transfer success rates. Additionally, she has contributed to large-scale SART-CORS studies evaluating outcomes in assisted reproductive technology.
